Tax Sale

All property taxes must be paid in the year which they are billed. Any properties with delinquent or unpaid property taxes for the prior tax year are subject to Tax Sale as of January 1st of the following year. To avoid a lien on your property and the added cost of paying off a tax sale, be sure to pay all your taxes on time.

Annual Post Tax Year Statement

For those who qualify for a Senior Citizen, Disability or Surviving Spouse Deduction, the deadline for filing is March 1.  Only with a doctor’s certification will an extension to May 1 be granted.
