History
It was the dream of the late Jack Allen to provide an opportunity for everyone, especially children, to visit his farm and view the literally hundreds of artifacts he had collected over the years. After Jack’s death, members of his family and his circle of friends and colleagues vowed to help make Jack’s dream come true. As a result, a Board of Directors has been established, and a portion of the one-time Allen Family Estate on Landing Road in Southampton, just outside the Village of Vincentown, will become “The Jack Allen Memorial Early Country Living Museum”. It will house Jack’s extensive collection of farm and country artifacts. Currently in the planning and development stage, the museum will open in stages over the next several years. Your moral and financial support is encouraged as we undertake this wonderful task in memory of a beloved member of our community.
