Dog Licenses Due
DOG LICENSES are due for renewal prior to March 31, 2013. Dog Licenses may be purchased at the Township Building, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
For your convenience, the application form below may be used to obtain your license by mail. If you choose to use this mail-in form,
PLEASE ENCLOSE A SELF-ADDRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE, with a check made payable to the Township of Southampton. The Dog License fees are as follows:
(a) $6.20, together with proof of rabies vaccination and affidavit of spaying or neutering.
(b) $9.20, if your dog has not been spayed or neutered, together with proof of rabies vaccination.
Licenses obtained after
March 31, 2013 will be assessed a $2.00 late fee.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU FAIL TO INCLUDE A RETURN ENVELOPE, WE WILL NOT RETURN YOUR LICENSE BY MAIL AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PICK THE LICENSE UP AT THE TOWNSHIP BUILDING.
