65 acres of this former 220 acre farm on Red Lion Road are slated for recreational facilities consisting of trails, sports fields, tennis courts, etc. to developed soon.

The Southampton Township Committee acquired sixty-five acres of new open space using the state Green Acres Program where the state pays most of the cost of acquisition.

Over the next few years, the Township plans to build out an additonnal passive and active recreation center to meet the growning needs of the coummunity.   A preliminary conceptual plan is shown below.
