Treasurer’s Report: Brenda Bryan reported that the following cheeks need to be approved: 1. Scott Mark - $480.00 for soccer referee.
2. Jack Van Ness - $30.00 for soccer referee.
3. Jeff Antonowitz - $40.00 for soccer referee.
4. Keith Lubner - $100.00 for soccer referee.
5. Rich Steen - $40.00 for soccer referee.
6. Atmore - $40.00 for soccer referee.
7. D&N - $402.30 for Pinelands baseball tournament.
8. D&N - $324.00 for basketballs.
9. Jim Corsey - $187.20 reimburse for Fall Family Fun Night.

11. Malcolm Thomas - $160.00 for soccer referee.
12. Sunbelt Rental’s – under $700.00 (waiting in invoice for exact amount).

14. Glady’s Marquis - $65.00 for refund for soccer.
Jim Papagno made a motion to accept the treasurer’s report and Jim Corsey seconded.
Baseball: Jon Morrow and Rick Bowman went to the Cal Ripken meeting.
Jon Morrow to figure out which coaches are required to take the new coaches certification class.
Jon Morrow to talk to Rick Bowman about the baseball commissioner position for Baseball.
Jim Papagno to figure out if we need new bleachers and backstops.
Jon Morrow to find out if we are going to wooden bats
Fields; Indian Mills and Tabernacle are leaning towards changing their fields to 50/70 (size of field).
Jon Morrow to E-mail Steve Roach to try to set up a meeting before next General Meeting.
Softball; Softball commissioner for 2007 is Dan Brownell.
Soccer: Nothing to report. Jim Corsey is going to take down the Sponsor Banner’s.
Volleyball: No one has been showing up for practice.
Field Hockey: Kathy Adams said all went well. She returned key for storage trailer.
Fall Baseball: Charles to check out condition of equipment and ask Rick Bowman what equipment has not been returned.
Basketball: SJIAA is not refereeing for STRA.
Brenda to get info for Rich for high school basketball.
STRA still needs 6 more sponsors.
All uniforms have been ordered\.
Brenda to call Seneca for a final date for High School Basketball
Jim Corsey will make a sign for Basketball players to know which way to go when you enter the school.
New Business: Jim Corsey will update info for Hans Lokan account.
Jim Papagno would like to have an opening day for baseball.
Gen Sprague to make baseball flyers to go out to the schools.
Lisa Graham would like to have Casino night in April.
Brenda Bryan to get prices and talk to the Township workers about their Holiday lunch as a thank you for all that they do for STRA throughout the year.
A blockbuster card to go to Jonna Ginhardt (an STRA child who is sick in the hospital). Jim Corsey made a motion. Jim Papagno seconded.
